Matt Bosher, his wife Brittany and their two sons Mac and Sebastian are Jupiter natives. Both Matt and Brittany were born and raised in Jupiter and understand everything that makes this town special.
Matt graduated from the University of Miami in 2006, earning a Bachelors’ Degree in History. Matt has extensive knowledge of property management, dock and boat maintenance, and is truly customer service oriented. After 9 years of playing professional football for the Atlanta Falcons, Matt and his family have a genuine understanding of being seasonal residents and all the duties that come with owning or renting a home that you spend a large amount of time away from. Matt understands the importance of preserving a home in South Florida and what it means to have a trustworthy and capable someone there to maintain and watch over your home. Matt also offers a great perspective of how important it is to have a solid team behind you and incorporates that knowledge into the role of property management and real estate brokerage.

Megan Hardin brings a wealth of experience in residential property management and renovation services, expert customer relations and a strong company ethic. Megan also has a broad knowledge on landscape and pool maintenance and contractual services. Megan believes in a strong business culture that includes direct interaction with the homeowner and coordination with all contractors and vendors. Megan’s main focus is on ensuring that the job is completed correctly, and most importantly, that the customer’s desires are met or exceeded on all jobs, large or small. Megan and her husband, Jeff, are longtime residents to the Jupiter area, and currently reside in Hobe Sound with their son JJ.

Jeff Hardin provides extensive knowledge of interior and exterior residential renovations, including project design, demolition, construction and installation. Jeff’s forte is in custom designing and retrofitting interior build-outs, and cabinetry & flooring schematics. Jeff brings over fifteen years of experience and is a pioneer in his field. Jeff is also excellent with interior painting and general household repairs.

Shelby has a strong skill set and interacts well with customers and fellow employees. Shelby is also a Real Estate Sales Associate and provides assistance to Preferred Residential Properties. Shelby joined Specialty Services in January 2004 and has been an integral member of the team. She lives in Jupiter, FL with her husband, Damien, and two delightful sons.
